This is an owner-occupant notice for the "RNR CONDOMINIUMS II" condominium project, which is located at 329 California Ave., Wahiawa, HI 96786, TMK:1-7-3-002-031 & 041 For a thirty (30) day period following July 9, 2007, which is the initial date of sale, the residential units designated above with an asterisk (*), shall initially be offered only to prospective owner-occupants.

"Owner-occupant" is defined as an individual who will use the residential unit as the individual's principal residences for a period of not less than 365 consecutive days and shall retain complete possessory control of the unit. There will be a total of 16 fee simple units designated for residential use. Four of the units in the project (the 01 units) are "accessible and adaptable" as those terms are defined and interpreted in 24 C.F.R. Section 100 et. seq. for persons with disabilities. The units will be offered first to the individuals occupying the units immediately prior to the conversion who submit the owner-occupant affidavit and earnest money deposit pursuant to Section 514B-98, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Any interested person may contact the Project Realtor from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily to obtain an owner-occupant affidavit, the developer's public report, and any other information concerning the project. The residential units shall be offered to owner-occupants for a period of 30 days in chronological order beginning with the date of the first announcement dated (July 9, 2007). A refundable $1,000 deposit is required with a reservation.
